At QUEB, we take great care in ensuring that every product delivered to you meets our quality standards. Since our products are skincare items, we follow a careful return policy to maintain hygiene and safety.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
However, we will support you in case of:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect product delivered
Reporting an Issue
If you face any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order details
- Clear photos/videos (preferably an unboxing video) Email: quebpersonalcare@gmail.com
Refunds
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 -10 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Non-Eligible Cases
We will not be able to process refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Used or opened products
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
