Return & Refund Policy – QUEB

At QUEB, we take great care in ensuring that every product delivered to you meets our quality standards. Since our products are skincare items, we follow a careful return policy to maintain hygiene and safety.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
However, we will support you in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect product delivered

Reporting an Issue

If you face any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos/videos (preferably an unboxing video) Email: quebpersonalcare@gmail.com

Refunds

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 -10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Non-Eligible Cases

We will not be able to process refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or opened products
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
